I cannot recall the last occasion when I was a recipient of charity.
It has been said that it is better to give and not to count the cost.
Well I have been there and done just that.
Fortunately minors within the tribe are becoming fewer and outgoings less each passing year. but it does not help to compensate the loss from static U/K pensions.
However the present situation is healthy and far from hand to mouth.
