Dear Lord.

While attending a funeral recently. In church I heard a lady in the pew next to me saying a prayer. It was so sweet and sincere that I just had to share with you:- "Dear Lord, This has been a tough two or three years. You have taken my favourite actor Patrick Swayze. My favourite pop singer Michael Jackson. My favourite Blues Singer Amy Winehouse. My favourite actress Elizabeth Taylor. My favourite football manager Bobby Robson. My favourite golfer Seve Ballesteros and now my favourite singer Whitney Houston. I just wanted you to know that my favourite politicians are: Alec Salmond, Tony Blair, John Prescott, Ed Balls, Gordon Brown, Harriet Harman, Nick Clegg, Ed Miliband, Clive Palmer, George Bush, Paul Keating, PM Putin, to say a few,in no particular order I will send another list when you are not busy. Amen. VEST....Back soon.

Our mum goes to church a lot ill get her to pray for her friends the Isis terrorists in syria and middleeast.

Wally: you do just that and I shall pray for all my past friends who have abandoned me.
Although I am less read I do read a couple of dozen other blogs each week but not necessarily commenting.
In the same sense is the reason we have two ears and only one mouth is that we may listen the more and talk the less.

I am sorry to say this blog will soon have its final post, this post may be my last.  I would like to say "Thank You" to all of you nice people with whom I have been in blog contact over the past sixteen years. Unfortunately, my health issues have become worse over the past two weeks, my mobility is at its lowest point; and I become dizzy after a couple of paces, I am using oxygen permanently. It feels like I  am falling apart; I have Kidney - Heart - Lung and Bladder problems, plus many other add ons to stir the mix. I am still living? at home, where I have a comfortable environment and the necessary assistance,. I do not sleep well; probably due to loss of body activity.  My eldest son Christopher will be the person to inform you of my final time on earth.  I need to lay down for a while right now.
